Our models (160K to 400K series) accommodate maximum clamp diameters from 55mm to 100mm and clamp heights from 50mm to 80mm, covering a wide spectrum of standard and heavy-duty nuts.
How does the machine ensure material strength compared to cold forging?
This is a hot forging line. By precisely controlling induction heating temperatures and forging pressure via PLC, we ensure a continuous grain flow structure that significantly enhances tensile strength and impact resistance, which is critical for high-stress applications.
