Speed depends on the model. Smaller units (160K) hit 35–45 pcs/min for small nuts (M6–M20), while heavy-duty models (400K) run at 20–30 pcs/min for large nuts (M48–M64) to maintain precision.
Can it forge stainless steel or alloys?
Absolutely. You can adjust heating and pressure settings to work with carbon steel, stainless steel (like 316), and various alloys based on their specific temperature needs.
What is the largest nut size it can make?
Our biggest model (400K) handles diameters up to 100mm and heights up to 80mm (up to M64). We can also customize for non-standard sizes.
