Speed varies by model capacity. Smaller models (160K series) achieve 35–45 pcs/min for M6–M20 nuts, while larger heavy-duty models (400K series) operate at 20–30 pcs/min for M48–M64 nuts to maintain forming precision under higher loads.

 

Can the line handle stainless steel and alloy materials?
Yes. The induction heating system and press tonnage are adjustable to accommodate carbon steel, stainless steel (e.g., 316 marine grade), and various alloy steels. Parameters are tuned based on the specific material's forging temperature window.
